This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our onsite Maintenance team based in Henderson as a Project administration in a full-time capacity. The Project administration is responsible for providing a full range of timely, confidential administrative and project support, and related services to the Operations Superintendent and the site supervisors, With respect, integrity and honesty, you will: Diary Management, including site training dates; training, maintain training and equipment registers, organise and source suppliers Organising online & onsite inductions & issuing site passes as required Compliance of tickets & licences Providing high quality, accurate documentation and reports as required including field reports Raising and processing purchase orders for office supplies, services, plant and equipment including invoices as required for processing the accounts Ensuring accurate and timely management of the overall accounts and invoicing process in conjunction with the accounts team Supporting the team with equipment maintenance calibrations organising equipment to be sent off site for any maintenance or repairs SAP operations- weekly, monthly Invoicing, client work orders processing Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: Proven experience in an administrative role with a good understanding of office support systems and administrative tasks High levels of written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail Excellent planning skills with the ability work well under pressure; Highly self motivated with excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products; Experience with SAP & NAV Must be experienced with Excel spreadsheets Ability to learn new skills and tasks and adapt to a changing work environment Must have a National Police Clearance within 30 days or be willing to apply for one Must be an Australian Citizen to be successful for this role due to client requirement If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in we encourage you to apply via the link or directly through our website at www.enermech.com/careers/vacancies.
