The Role Working as a U2 Developer, you will deliver solutions for our growing suite of in-house software applications. You will primarily perform software analysis and programming aligned to the needs of the contact centre business. You will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality management. Responsibility Areas Developing, testing and documenting software systems Evaluating user requests and business specifications for software updates Documenting program development, logic, coding and corrections Preparing operational instructions, flowcharts and diagrams Providing technical assistance to other areas of the business What we’re looking for Pick UniBasic programming skills/experience SB Programming and report writing knowledge/experience Understanding of Database systems and data relationships MS.Net Suite, SQL databases and visual basic application knowledge What’s in it for you: Working at Recoveriescorp, you will have access to a hybrid work environment, an allowance to update your home office and a half day on the last Friday of every month.
