The role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bar attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons. This is the ideal position for a passionate hospitality individual who will join a team of like minded people to provide exceptional customer experiences. This is a casual position with evening and weekend shifts. Casual hourly rate Monday - Friday $32.03 Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses and equipment, and ensuring all bar equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, making recommendations and answering any questions they may have about the menu or drinks. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure customers are not over-served in line with RSA Guidelines Process payments and keep accurate records of all transactions. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of food and beverages and the use of protective equipment Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a bar attendant in a bar or restaurant. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Knowledge and understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential) Must be at least 18 years old We offer a competitive hourly rate, and penalties and a fun and dynamic work environment.
