We're on the lookout for a Site or Project Engineer to join the Shadforth team working on projects in the Ipswich Region. Role is open to Graduates We’re looking for a Site Engineer who is eager to progress their career with a leading Civil Contracting company. You will work on a diverse scope of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, and major civil infrastructure including roads and bridges across the Ipswich Region. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager Quality Assurance documentation About you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Previous experience working in Civil Construction Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Problem solving skills Why work with Shadforth?
