Role Description The Senior Software Full Stack Engineer will be instrumental in shaping the technical landscape of Perion's platform, ensuring its robustness, efficiency, and user-centricity. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will be pivotal in driving both frontend and backend development, collaborating closely with product and design teams to bring innovative features to life. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the platform's stability, security, and performance. Role responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, and CSS compiler languages like SCSS. Ensure the creation and maintenance of APIs, services, data schemas, web dashboards, and user interfaces. Uphold coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines, driving continuous improvement in development processes. Work closely with the product and design teams to understand functional and business requirements. Play a key role in the design and development of new platform features. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs. Manage and mentor a team of offsite developers, ensuring code quality aligns with Perion's standards. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the development team. Implement unit tests, error and debug logs, and monitoring tools to ensure platform health and performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members. Seamlessly integrate with various APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality across the platform. Your Skills and Experience: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, and CSS compiler languages like SCSS. A genuine passion for video gaming and the gaming industry. Experience in managing junior and offsite developers. An entrepreneurial spirit and experience working in both agency and startup environments are highly valued. Experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, and design is a plus. Familiarity with developing server-side cloud applications within a microservices architecture.
