What You'll Do: Drive proactive engagement with our merchant partners. Execute on sales activities, aligned them with the team's growth objectives. Liaising and working closely with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes. Manage client queries in relation to humm products and services to further build business relationships. Identify opportunities within our partner base to grow our market share and expand business opportunities. Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences. You will also: Possess the ability to strike a balance between customer needs and our objectives. Be Passionate about customer experience and love talking to people. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A track record of phone-based roles Have exposure to CRM and Microsoft suite. Be a strong relationship builder; account management skills a bonus. Have a strong service ethos and great customer engagement. Have experience dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest free products is a bonus, but not essential.
