We have multiple temporary opportunities for Donor Administrators or Supporter Care candidates with Salesforce , Raisers Edge and Microsoft Dynamics experience in various locations including North Sydney, CBD and South West Sydney. The positions are both full time and part-time hours. Key responsibilities and duties include: Processing of internet, mail and telephone donations, batching, banking donations and receipting Importing and exporting Setting up campaigns and reporting Providing some supporter care to supporters and general public, including supporting fundraising and campaigning activity Updating supporter records in the database updating change of address, return to senders, communication preferences, payment details Ensuring data integrity throughout all processes Following through on donor enquiries Researching to effectively respond to a wide range of issues and to support the campaigns team ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role it is important that you place a high value on attention to detail and accuracy when working with databases.
