We are seeking a Team Assistant to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, where you will provide lots of support and organisation to our Vehicle Sales consultants, ensuring in turn, we provide the best customer experience we can Key responsibilities include: Supporting a team and multiple stakeholders Chasing outstanding documents, cross checking financial papers and monitoring inboxes Identifying queries and providing feedback to team members Organising and managing competing priorities. Monitor and run reports to monitor trends and inform team members Who are you? Someone who can advocate for customer, is a big picture thinker, collaborates, adapts, self leads and role models how they deliver results.
