Our National Service Team is looking for a Service Planning Administrator to join our team in Blacktown- (Parental Leave Contract). The key focus of our Service Planning Administrator is to ensure efficient and effective planning and coordination of service delivery whilst optimising resource allocation, streamlining of processes and enhancing our customer satisfaction. To succeed, you will need Administrative experience in a trade or service-based company, including management of customer site inductions. Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships locally and remotely around Australia. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and a passion to deliver best results for our customers. Possess a flexible, professional "can do" attitude with a willingness to learn or a curiosity to discover. Intermediate experience in Microsoft office applications, SAP experience advantageous.
