Today, they employ over 2300 staff and are one of the largest manufacturers in Australia. They have an existing Oracle environment mainly leveraging Oracle Cloud CX for CRM / Sales functionality. They are seeking to add Oracle Service capability to the existing environment, specifically deploying Oracle CX Service Customer Portal. As such we are seeking a Consultant that can provide functional guidance across both Oracle Sales & Service Applications.
