Join us as Salesforce Administration specialist for the Electrification Distribution Solutions business where you will be responsible for Salesforce (SFDC) administration and ensuring the accurate processing of customer Purchase Orders (POs). This role will report to the Product Marketing Director and be based in Moorebank, with the opportunity to work within a hybrid working model. Your responsibilities Monitor the data quality for SFDC opportunities, cases, customer accounts and generate reports as required. Manage the SFDC Sales Order queue, retrieve purchase orders and manage customer reports and other enquiries. Manage and maintain the routing table for our local AU contact center. Managing SAP based sales order project order milestones for initial entry and invoicing. Communicate order and project delivery status updates with both internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with customers in case of unachievable request dates/quantities at time of Purchase Order Entry to maintain our on-time delivery performance. Collect and archive documentation as required Always ensure compliance with ABB processes, local SoX controls and systems. All other general sales support administration requirements Your background Advanced experience working with SalesForce, and previous exposure to SAP would be advantageous ideally SAP. Experience in navigating various software Strong administration experience, with the ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities Ability to learn & support wider project & sales teams Excellent communication and collaboration skills managing both internal and external stakeholders.
