About the role We are looking for a Modernization and Replacement Sales Representative to be based in our office in Mascot in Sydney. You will be working with our Sales and Service team to grow the company's bookings and reach the required KPIs. This is a permanent role and reports to the Sales and Service Operations Manager of Electra Lift. Key Responsibilities - Meet clients and technicians onsite to inspect lifts. - Provide recommendations for owners for upgrades/replacements. - Manage estimates and pricing quotes from suppliers. - Work with Project Managers to ensure smooth handover of booked-in jobs. - Manage tenders with consultants and government agencies. What you will need to be successful - Have sales experience within the Lift or Engineering industry (preferred) with exposure to selling services to building owners, property, and strata management companies. - Experience in contract management, negotiation, and compliance will be an added advantage. - Have a proven sales track record for developing and selling deals, coupled with proactive call plan creation. - Is customer-centric with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Has good knowledge of using technology including mobile applications and computer-based reporting systems (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, database management) to analyze data and trends. - Have exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Hold a valid driver's license.
