This role will see you working in a high-performing and supportive team. The Opportunity: Administer data operations in Raiser's Edge, including importing and exporting data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Apply and implement data quality processes and controls for incoming and outgoing data products and services to maintain a high level of data integrity. Troubleshoot, optimize, and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of fundraising and donor management processes. Adhere to PCI compliance security standards and maintain best-practice data security protocols in accordance with our Data Security Policy and PCI-DSS obligations. Support stakeholder requests for information, access, and functional changes to workflows, processes, services, products, and systems owned by Business Intelligence, including Raiser's Edge. Fulfil database helpdesk assigned job requests from system users within the agreed D&BI SLA (service level agreement). Document and maintain workflows to ensure critical processes are understood and can be undertaken by others. Test and validate new or changing business rules or systems to ensure the implemented solution fulfils its objective. Provide training and consulting services to internal stakeholders, empowering them with data analytics-based decision-making capabilities. Coordinate and participate in formal change processes with stakeholders to implement changes to systems. Ensure all changes made to systems are communicated, tested, and validated, and their business impact properly understood, administered, and documented. About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Raiser's Edge Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Raiser's Edge fundraising and donor management system. Solid knowledge of data management principles and practices, including data import/export, data quality, and automation of workflows. Familiarity with PCI compliance security standards and best practices for data security. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Raiser's Edge and associated systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements in data workflows and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide training and support. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Ability to document processes and maintain comprehensive workflow documentation. Knowledge of operational planning, systems, processes, delivery, analytics, and reporting will be an advantage. Familiarity with legislation, standards, policies, and practices related to PCI-DSS, Advocacy with Excellence, Information Security, health and safety, child protection, data security, sustainability, and equal employment opportunity.
