The position reports to the Team Leader Student Administration on the Fremantle campus providing national support across campuses. Key Responsibilities Manage the Student Administration front desk, answering over the phone, email and in person requests from students, staff and visitors to the office. Provide administration support and action task items via the University student information system.Monitor the shared inbox and assist with responses and follow up items with the team. Provide support during peak periods and across other areas of the team.ABOUT YOU Completion of a Certificate III, with relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or higher education/training.Experienced in an administration work environment, providing customer service preferably in the higher education sector.
