Easy going team with high volume projects where everyday is different. Must be experienced in the design and documentation of local low and medium rise residential developments with an expert understanding of local residential construction. Experience in complex home designs in coordination with Architects. Ability to design and document the following:- Strip Footings Raft Slabs Waffle Pods Timber framed floors Steel and timber First floor framing Concrete Suspended slabs Preferably have worked on retaining walls and swimming pools as well as dilapidation reports and having carried out site inspections.Some Civil and storm water design skills a plus. Experienced in following programs desirable - RC Building, Slabs and Autocad as well as Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent communication skills.
