The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and property management staff. The successful candidate will join a welcoming team, many of whom have stayed with the organisation for a number of years. About the Opportunity Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Property Leasing Administration Assistant to join our Commercial Services team based in Bowen Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support and assistance regarding the leasing process for new and existing premises within the practice's sizeable property leasing portfolio. Day-to-day duties will include (but not be limited to): Monitoring the shared property inbox, addressing, allocating and filing of emails Preparation of applications, letters and reports relating to leasing contracts and renewals; Information management of documents, including maintaining databases, document control, and filing scanning and archiving; Investigation & communications with lessor and service providers to ensure invoicing accuracy and alignment with contracts; Ensure compliance with all Medicare licensing requirements; Attending property meetings as required and taking minutes; Administering the property-related accounts, in addition to reconciliation and auditing; and Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships. This position is full-time Monday to Friday. About You We are seeking applications from highly organised administration professionals who show a commitment to providing excellent customer service and working cohesively within a small team. You are a motivated self-starter who is happy to work both autonomously or within small teams. To be considered, you will have experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail, at the same time working accurately and efficiently. You will be able to easily navigate databases and common computer software to provide reporting documents and spreadsheets as required. You will not only display initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility in your tasks but also have exceptional organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills to assist you in skilfully managing competing priorities. Previous experience working in commercial property management along with a willingness and passion to expand and grow your skills will be highly regarded.
