Duties include but are not limited to: Engage and respond to inquiries from members and stakeholders via phone and email Liaising with members regarding their CPD points, IT system and all other queries General administration and adhoc duties to support the team CRM database management, updating member details in ZOHO To be successful you will have: Ability to commence this role ASAP, no notice periods please Demonstrated experience in a similar Continual Professional Development Administrator/Assistant position.
