Blacktown Workers Club is seeking friendly, experienced, well presented and vibrant Customer Service Professionals who are able to join our team. Featuring five floors of sporting and health facilities, four restaurants , multiple function rooms, a showroom, a great selection of sub and sporting clubs and a host of other facilities for its members, the Blacktown Workers Club is the entertainment and leisure capital of Western Sydney. About the Role Your main focus will be to provide fast and efficient service to patrons in a knowledgeable and professional manner, following the Club’s Guidelines, Policies and Procedures. In this role you will be required to : Have a "Yes, can do" attitude; Have a passion for providing an excellent customer service experience; Have high attention to detail and initiative; Have strong food and beverage knowledge; Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Be proactive and able to work unsupervised; Ability to multitask and switch tasks seamlessly; Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction; Always be familiar with the Club’s products, offers, procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with the Clubs RSA / RCG policies and any incidents reported accordingly; Adhere with all Blacktown Workers Club (Group) workplace policies and procedures; Be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays inline with the hospitality needs of our members and guests. About You To be successful in this role you will have exceptional presentation, be self-motivated, a team player and have a desire to go above and beyond in creating the very finest customer experience possible. You will require the following qualifications, skills & experience: Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card; Hold a current Food Safety Certificate; At least one-month related training or equivalent combination of education and experience; Be able to demonstrate an understanding of WH&S policies & procedures; APPLY NOW No recruitment agencies please
