Our Used Car Sales team is looking for a Used Car Assistant Sales Manager. What awaits you? Support the team and control the sales process. Ensure all customers are attended to promptly. Assist with double opening and double closing whenever possible. Involvement in valuations and purchases for the business, utilizing available resources. Develop and assist in the BMW handover process, delivery, timing and quality of used vehicles being delivered to customers. Liaise closely with Sales Manager to ensure reconditioning process and advertisement of vehicles to expected guidelines. F&I Business Managers to optimize Finance and Aftermarket opportunities for this department, ensuring all introductions to clients. Liaise closely with Aftermarket Customer Care to optimise opportunities for this department, ensuring all possible introductions to clients. Act in place of the Used Car Manager during his absence Ensure that all procedures relating to use and control of stock vehicles are complied with, and that all stock vehicles and display are maintained to the highest possible standard. Co-ordinate valuation requirements of the Used Car Sales Department and liaise with the Used Car Manager with regards to outside valuations. Collate and maintain statistical information on vehicle sales and present reports to management. Instigate and maintain a program of Vehicle Display with regard to inside and outside the existing Showrooms and other external facilities as required. Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the Dealership. Ensure that all Sales Consultants maintain customer data base files; enter contacts etc. in the sales system. Daily update and review current and forward retail delivery information with regard to volume, models, Sales Consultant performance. Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
