Discover it for yourself: https://youtu.be/F7uAqs1gtuk Overview of Position The role of Learning and Development Specialist - Sales exists to ensure that our salespeople and distribution partners have easy access to high-quality, relevant and timely briefing, training and onboarding content in support of their sales activities. A day in the life Bringing current materials up to date and creating new materials for use in Sales briefings, training and onboarding Converting technical product overviews into sales-usable collateral Creating use-case and industry-vertical case studies Populating our Sales Enablement Platform (HighSpot) with these materials, and building out the platform’s LMS library. Analysing the use/uptake of content and making any necessary changes Talking to Sales Leaders/Salespeople/Distributors about gaps in their knowledge Working with the Head of Sales Enablement in the delivery of Sales briefings and Training Role Responsibilities The creation and distribution of Sales collateral, Battlecards and Playbooks related to our product offerings Daily upkeep and maintenance of our Sales Enablement platform (HighSpot) Ensuring the sales teams have access to localised industry and application-specific case studies The creation and delivery of LMS-based sales training programmes The creation and delivery of materials for Sales Onboarding Working closely with the sales teams to identify training needs Working closely with the Marketing, Product and Support teams to maintain knowledge of upcoming offerings and services releases Experience Strong PC literacy - Workspace Applications, LMS, CRM(Salesforce) Advanced content creation and delivery skills within a professional LMS environment Excellent communications (written, verbal and presentation) Well-developed interpersonal skills Self-Organization, workload and time management Strong command of the English language Use of LMS/ CRM to build deliver sales-related training programmes Sales Enablement platforms (preferred HighSpot) The requirements of a technology-based sales organisation Will have held similar roles in a technology-based sales organisation. Proven track record in the creation and delivery of sales briefings and training. Experience of working in a lean, rapidly-growing company.
