What you'll be doing : Working closely with the VP of Sales CEO to create and implement account growth plans, deepen customer relationships and increase opportunities. Making a real impact by directly influencing their company direction as they grow and innovate the proptech industry. Activate, engage, and grow enterprise accounts through proactive relationship building and lead generation. Partner with their expert Customer Success teams to oversee product engagement, up-sell opportunities and renewals for enterprise accounts. Drive demand and brand awareness by participating in industry and thought leadership events. What you'll bring to the team : Proven success in a B2B business development role, ideally within real estate or commercial property Proven experience in structuring and closing large scale commercial B2B deals Excellent negotiation skills, ability to problem solve and mitigate risks Experience providing quotes and pricing products/services Confident and comfortable presenting product demos to new and existing clients Ability to work and manage tasks independently with little to no guidance, as well as collaboratively as part of a team when required Why join now?
