As the Administration Assistant you will be central to the set up and progression of customer jobs through the preconstruction process. You will be the first point of contact for our clients following the Sales process, and establishing our jobs in the workflow, this will include: Enter and process monthly deals Order and save all reports required during preconstruction Management of "Orders" mailbox Contact clients and booking their contract and colour appointments Management of Showroom Calendar for contract appointments Monitor and obtain updated status of land title due dates Provide support and coverage to Reception team when required What can you bring? We are looking for an administration superstar who can bring to the team: Professional phone manner Excellent prioritisation skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office Suite High level of attention to detail Strong customer service skills and the ability to build professional rapport Ability to work as a team and autonomously Whilst desirable, experience in the construction industry is not a prerequisite Who are we?
