Role description: In response to the growing needs of our business and in preparation for exciting opportunities in the market, we are recruiting for a Sales Analyst Specialist to drive the best practice use of our CRM system, collecting and analysing client and sales data to support and improve performance and growth. In joining us, you would be working in a centralised proposal team that continues to set the standard in delivering exceptional proposal outcomes for strategic opportunities across a variety of industry markets. Role accountabilities: The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Sales data, reporting and analysis Provide system, data and reporting support to BA Sales Directors and growth function in Australia Supports system implementation of Oracle Sales Cloud and Collaboration Hub in Australia Coordinate data accuracy reviews and updates across the business Work with the BA Sales Leaders and teams to improve pipeline (opportunity management) quality Use CRM data for analysis in Oracle, Power BI and Xls User support and CRM Adoption Implements Oracle Sales Cloud and Collaboration Hub training and guidance for end users Drive best practice and consistent application/use of our CRM use in Australia. Create positive and hi-performing UX for Australian CRM users and stakeholders. Train and coach new users Develop and lead coaching, training and learning tools and guides to support users. Level 1 responder for Arcadis Australia for general OSC and Collaboration Hub issues via email and teams. Continuous Improvement projects Support the data and systems requirements for local client feedback program and support data needs for global CX/client feedback programs Undertake UAT testing for Oracle Sales Cloud and Collaboration Hub as required for special projects. Identifies bugs, incidents and works through resolution Identifies areas in need of improvement or fixes Submits incident tickets and works through resolution participating in support meetings Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Qualifications & Experience: First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life.
