Above all, we promote a culture where our people can be the best they can be, really make a difference and have a great time doing it About the role As our Sales Operations Executive, you'll support the logistics and National Customer teams ensuring all transactions on these accounts are processed in an accurate and timely manner. This role sits within our wider Sales Operations Team and is based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working arrangements available. This role is available on a 9 month fixed term contract. A day in the life: Owning our keg and product return management system, liaising with stakeholders both internal and external. Partner with our National Sales team to support national customers to ensure complaints are followed through to resolution. Leverage SAP to ensure trend reports and processes are actioned in a timely manner. Reallocate orders during out-of-stock periods and proactively create allocations and restrictions. Alongside this work closely with Sales Communication team on the proactive communication of stock management. What you'll be responsible for ️ Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers Project Management Develop project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Sales Team Enablement Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers Skills you'll need Collaboration Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals Numerical problem solving Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems Attention to detail Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
