What you will be doing:Hit the ground running with our fully paid structured training program to upskill you in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.Permanent full-time role - commencing Monday 30 October 2023.5-week rotational shift roster - includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shift scheduled between the hours for 7.00am – 6.00pm.Hybrid working arrangement- providing great flexibility.Provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, through meaningful and personalised conversations to deliver on our brand promise.Champion a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service experiences.
