Due to rapid growth within the business, we have multiple opportunities available for experienced A-Grade Electricians within Melbourne Metro to join our passionate Electrical team. About the role: Reporting to the Electrical Further Works Manager, the purpose of your role is to make homes safer by completing follow-up repairs, installations, and upgrades to electrical appliances, installations, and fittings in residential properties. This includes: Switchboard repairs and upgrades Re-wiring of appliances and installations Repairs and replacements for lighting, transformers, power points, etc., Replacement and/or installation of electrical appliances What we offer: $80,000 base Super Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000 Work-life balance: Monday to Friday 7:30 – 4, with an RDO every fourth Friday Car Ownership Policy: after 4 years with DI, your work vehicle is YOURS Ongoing development: continuous upskilling and opportunities for growth Have fun – we love to host events and social functions to celebrate our success What you’ll bring to the role: Hold a Victorian Electrician’s A Grade Licence Proven experience in domestic electrical work Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel Professional presentation and self-motivated Strong customer and safety focus Familiar with smart phone applications Please note: Safety comes first at Detector Inspector, pre-requisite candidates will be required to complete a National Police Clearance and a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment.
