The role is responsible for identifying and implementing value-add opportunities for the business within the financial analysis space. Description Reporting to the Finance Director, the role responsibilities include: Ensure the evaluation of site performance, working capital production variances. Financial analysis for special projects and ad hoc management reporting and other tasks as required. Business partnering & analytical support to the Leadership Team. Providing reporting, analytics and understanding of the drivers of monthly performance and forecast. Build and maintain relevant reporting or tooling requirements to support the business in achieving budget and goals. Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business. Working with Leaders to provide forecasting and capacity requirements against budget. Other duties, as requested by the Finance Director. Profile The successful candidate is an analytically minded individual, who has a passion for turning financial data into comprehensible information relevant to a variety of stakeholders. They also have the following technical skills: Completed a tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance. CA/CPA Qualification or equivalent complete. Experience as a Business Analyst, Management Accountant or Site Accountant. Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial but not necessary.
