Administration Officer Great opportunity for an admin superstar to join our dynamic Community Youth Mental Health team Part-time r ole (0.8 EFT) Based in Sunshine Your new team Orygen Specialist Program provides mental health services to young people aged 15-25 and their families/carers in Melbourne's northwest and western suburbs. The Continuing Care Team (CCT) work closely with young people with psychotic disorders (including young people at ‘ultra-high risk’ of psychosis), mood disorders, and personality disorders; and also manage the co-morbid substance use disorders, eating disorders, and neurodevelopment disorders. Your new role: Provide general administration, reception, switchboard and medical records services Deliver a professional and caring customer focused service, often as the first point of contact and communication for patients, their families and visitors. Assist with preparation and running of meetings Work collaboratively with other administrative staff, managers, clinical and medical staff and multidisciplinary teams About you You will have initiative, a commitment to excellence, analytical and problem-solving skills, an ability to think conceptually as well as creatively, and the capacity and aptitude to.
