Get ready to embark on an exhilarating adventure with this incredible company About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales coordinator to assist on the management of a diverse portfolio of customers including independents and corporate grocery. As Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include managing trade spend claims, collaborating with Account Managers to ensure trade promotions run smoothly, and tracking promotional performance. You'll also dive into the world of finance, addressing queries on deductions and invoices, and keeping a sharp eye on accrual balances. But that's not all – you'll get to handle a variety of other tasks centres around supporting the ANZ team with their administrative and coordination needs. This is a part-time, 3-4 day per week opportunity. Skills & Experience Required The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in supporting on corporate grocery customer accounts or experience in supporting on smaller independent customers. You will possess an entrepreneurial and action-oriented approach as well as having experience as a claims analysr. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be fluent in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
