Our Finance team are small but mighty You'll pride yourself on being a fast learner, driven and an analytical thinker. With a can do mindset, you have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and you are ready to hit the ground running WHAT YOU’LL DO You will take ownership of Accounts Receivable responsibilities including processing contracts,new contract set up, invoicing customers, invoice queries and adjustments, applying payments, managing customer refunds and maintenance of accounts receivable inbox. Involvement in month-end close processes including bank reconciliations, reconciling receipts, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and reporting on overdue accounts. Weekly cashflow reporting and analysis Business partner with our School Partnerships and Customer Success teams to support achieving company sales targets. At Atomi we 'push the needle' - You will be driven to look for ways to streamline and automate processes You will be detail oriented and have an innate curiosity to understand sales invoicing process flows. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally you have experience in a similar role, working as part of a small team. You have had exposure across many pillars of finance and accounting, within a fast paced environment You have experience using accounting software, cloud-based systems and are tech-savvy You are known for your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written You can work autonomously and as part of a team. You are a self-starter, with exceptional time management and prioritisation skills You love working to pace, you thrive in an environment where you are managing multiple priorities and are solutions and outcomes driven You have a passion for learning and are inspired by the idea of joining us on our mission to change education forever Bonus points: You have worked closely with schools and school staff previously. You have experience working in a SaaS-based business.
