They are looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Parramatta ASAP on a contract until the 4th of February 2024 Please note that this is a part-time position, working 1 day per week. The Benefits… Office close to public transport, cafes and shopping centres Opportunity to work for a large and well-established Government Organisation 5-month contract opportunity with potential to extend The Job Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for: Answering a high volume of calls and emails from vulnerable customers. Managing a portfolio of cases end to end. Reviewing and interpreting business correspondence. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy. Escalating complex issues when required. Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry. You To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities: Minimum 12 months experience working in a high-volume call centre environment. Experience working within a large/complex organisation such as financial services, disability or government sectors would be ideal. Experience in case management would be highly advantageous. Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
