Our Customer Service team is now looking for a self-motivated and customer focused team player to assist us in achieving that goal at our Yennora office. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be required to provide exceptional Customer Service to Coregas and related company's customers. What you will be doing Providing stand-out service to ensure an exemplary experience for all Coregas customers. Managing national inbound calls, including adhering to correct transfer procedures. Using First Touch resolution system to advise customers with accurate information. Managing internal & external customer expectations and informing of any delivery changes. Educating the customer on new technology and converting to Digital First. Approaching all processes with a LEAN mentality for continual improvement. Process payments for various types of orders including COD, credit card, and refund transactions. Handling invoices, credit notes, statements, proof of deliveries and other required documentation. What we need from you You will be a great fit for our team if you are: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service capacity, managing incoming calls, and responding to email queries. Knowledgeable in using ERP systems and proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products. An excellent communicator who relishes speaking with individuals on the phone and via email. Detail oriented and committed to following established processes. Possess strong team-oriented skills that contribute to a cohesive team environment.
