Create an environment for your team to succeed in delivering the dream of home ownership. Key Responsibilities include: Monthly / Weekly site inspections Facilitate construction meetings with your team Analysis of site spend and value Report on job progress, status and future programs Promote and maintain safe work protocols Promote good work practises and quality control outcomes in trade base Provide a safe working environment Provide feedback to drafting /scheduling, sales, administration and accounts Display a high level of Leadership About you You will be an experienced leader who is able to embrace and promote company strategies and core values to drive a positive and healthy workplace. Your extensive experience in Construction and Site Management will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
