Café Staff Seeking high quality Baristas Beautiful Location Overlooking the Shoalhaven River Join a Leading Australian Cultural Institution Our client is a leader in creating a cultural institution for artistic enjoyment and learning, that thrives today in the Shoalhaven. They have a significant and diverse portfolio of assets including heritage buildings and gardens, architecturally award-winning modern and contemporary architectural structures surrounded by parkland and bushland. We are currently seeking experienced baristas and hospitality supervisors to deliver excellent high end service in a Café setting and lead event delivery for school, work and corporate events. With a minimum of 30 hrs a week, which can increase to meet demands of weekly events. Usual hours of work are 9 - 4 on a rotating roster. This is a hands-on role in which you will be required to deliver excellent service in a, at times, fast paced environment. Duties are but not limited to: Assisting in the Café Provide table service and alcohol service for events Provide food service Operation of tills Cash handling Provide excellent customer service General cleaning For supervisory roles, Support event delivery and lead/manage a high performing café team Required skills and experience: Demonstrated experience as a Barista Attention to detail Professional demeanour Have or willing to obtain the following: RSA A NSW working with children check Police check For further information regarding this position please call Scott Kenny on 4421 2700.
