Ten Recruitment are currently partnering with a key client to search for their next administration officer, the role is based in the Kimberley region of WA and is a residential role so will suit someone living in or looking to relocate to the area. Based in the Kimberley’s in Northern Western Australia, The Processing Administration Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records on the daily processing, including data entry and report compilation on wood volume, quantity, and quality. Duties include: Administration duties including stock and spare parts ordering Maintain accurate records and inventory Maintain efficiencies from all department, manufacturing, production & maintenance Actively maintain the accounts function for Production Undertake effective communication with all members of staff and external customers Essential knowledge and skills: Extensive experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft office. Valid “C” class driver’s license. Comprehensive communication skills. Effective time management and organisational skills. Experience in report compilation and record keeping. Desirable: Demonstrated experience in automated practices. Experience with operating systems like SAP, Oracle, ECIMOS. Experience in Navision software or any processing software. 1st Aid Certificate. What does the company offer in return? A permanent salary of circa $80,000.00 superannuation. Relocation Assistance if relocation is required.
