Role Responsibilities Working with your Inside Sales peers to provide global coverage for inbound sales enquiries Developing a detailed (non-technical) knowledge of our products, specifications and applications in the field. Filtering out non-sales enquiries from the inbound flow of leads. Providing indicative pricing and product information to prospects and customers Determining the best route to "close" Maintaining our CRM Required Skills and Experience General sales skills - Qualification, Discovery, Progression and Closure.
