Overseeing a variety of Civil Construction projects in the Logan / Gold Coast area with strong support from Senior Leaders to make it your own We’re on the lookout for a Project Engineer to join the team in the Logan/Gold Coast Region. You will play a key role in overseeing Civil Construction Projects in the region. About the Role: This role offers you the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. You'll be coordinating multiple projects - a true variety of diverse works, collaborating with different clients and inter-departmental teams. The projects you’ll support will vary across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks. About you You’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years experience in civil construction and subdivision works. Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Oversee and work with sub-contractors and suppliers Cost management and reporting Delivering progress reports to the Construction Manager Why work with Shadforth?
