As a Sr. Engineer of Digital Lab Systems, you will support and enhance laboratory operations through innovative digital solutions. You'll have the opportunity to manage the entire lifecycle of laboratory digital systems, ensuring their efficiency and compliance in our Quality Control laboratories. Here's What You'll Do Within Your First 3 Months… Oversee the delivery of bench-top laboratory systems. Develop and author system requirements, specifications, and SOPs. Engage in system validation activities with IT, Validation, and QA teams. By 6 Months, You Will… Offer second-tier support for laboratory systems, such as Chromeleon and LIMS. Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and support system troubleshooting. Participate in periodic system reviews and maintenance activities. Within 12 Months, You Will… Lead evaluations and implementations of system enhancements and upgrades. Maintain exceptional administrative support for digital system operations. Actively contribute to the advancement of digital lab solutions. Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline 5 years of experience with lab systems, lab instruments or lab automation, implementing and maintain laboratory systems; a combination of education and experience may be considered Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) MS degree preferred Experience authoring and reviewing computer system validation lifecycle documents Experience with CFR21 Part11 and Annex 11 regulations Good understanding of digital network principles (segmentation, VLANs, firewall rules) Solid experience with Microsoft Windows environments (client and server) Good understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practices. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience with ServiceNow and System Administration activities. Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
