Keep reading About The Opportunity As a Support Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' success. Your mission will include providing top-notch support for our desktop products and assisting our broader support team in maintaining server infrastructure for our SaaS offering. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, triaging incoming tickets, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products. What You Will Do Be the superhero of Level 1 customer support, solving challenges with enthusiasm and expertise. Provide top-notch customer helpdesk support, assisting clients with product installation and usability. Roll up your sleeves and dive into server maintenance for our larger SaaS platform, tackling operating system fixes, email troubleshooting, hosted-to-cloud migrations, and more. What You Will Bring To The Table Solid experience in customer technical support, with a passion for solving problems. Proficiency in remotely diagnosing desktop issues, especially with legacy software. Basic understanding of on-site and cloud server maintenance, including operating systems, security, and email. Experience with various database technologies, with a focus on Postgres. You May Also Have Experience in networking, both on-site and in the cloud.
