Managing, monitoring and reporting on Sedgwick's Azure environments Combination of small-sized projects and BAU work with an Azure and O365 focus Configuration, administration, and migration plus the on-going support services of Azure and O365 environments Providing technical support and maintenance (incident, change & problem resolution) for Sedgwick's environments and Applications Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for Sedgwick's environments After-hours or weekend on-call support on a rotational basis About you: Strong experience in Cloud and IT infrastructure with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack or other such as AWS Experience in Azure (PaaS / IaaS) and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint) Relevant Level 2/3 experience working in a technical support or systems engineer role working at a Managed Services Provider or Company of similar scale. Experience in on-premise and cloud backup solutions such as Commvault or Veeam.
