After initial training you will be able to work from home 3-4 days a week What are my accountabilities? Ensuring Sedgwick's Environment and cloud platforms are available, secure, and performing. Managing, monitoring and reporting on Sedgwick's Azure environments Combination of small-sized projects and BAU work with an Azure and O365 focus Configuration, administration, and migration plus the on-going support services of Azure and O365 environments Providing technical support and maintenance (incident, change & problem resolution) for Sedgwick's environments and Applications Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for Sedgwick's environments After-hours or weekend on-call support on a rotational basis About you: Strong experience in Cloud and IT infrastructure with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack or other such as AWS Experience in Azure (PaaS / IaaS) and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint) Relevant Level 2/3 experience working in a technical support or systems engineer role working at a Managed Services Provider or Company of similar scale. Experience in on-premise and cloud backup solutions such as Commvault or Veeam. Experience in remote desktop environments, end-user computing configuration and troubleshooting Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments Experience with Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN) Exposure to Palo Alto, Meraki network solutions Ability to prepare quality written correspondence, and internal and external-facing documentation Customer facing support experience Caring Counts It's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our five core values: Caring, Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration and Growth.
