About the role: This position is responsible for market development and company growth within the Chemical division. The Sales Manager will direct the sales efforts for the team as well as serve as key account manager for major customers. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience leading a sales team, motivating them to achieve objectives and exceed sales targets whilst managing for success and facilitating their professional development. You will be the bridge between global product managers and the local salespeople, able to think strategically and formulate plans.
