What you'll do As a qualified educator, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework. You will develop and maintain nurturing relationships and communicate positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis, as well as promote and guide positive behaviour.
