508178 Durack, NT, Australia Part Time We are seeking a part-time clinic administrator who shares our passion for making a difference to the lives of individuals and their families. You are the first point of contact for our clients and their families for our Durack team, and occasionally supporting our Fannie Bay team. A proactive, positive and ‘can do’ attitude, as well as a friendly and warm demeanour will see you succeed in this role. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Booking and managing client appointments Collecting client information, maintaining privacy and accurate data entry Answering customer enquiries via phone / web / email Processing NDIS claims as well as other accounts and invoicing duties Assisting therapists with administration tasks as required Maintaining clinic stock, kitchen, and stationery items Other ad hoc duties as required Why join ESA in Durack and Fannie Bay?
