We are seeking an entry level Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a 12-month parental leave contract working 15 hours , ideally spread across 3 days . Reporting to the General Manager ANZ (Structural Heart), this role is critical in providing personal assistance to the GM and general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Teams. Your responsibilities include (and not limited to): Support: - coordination of meetings - scheduling and booking of flights, accommodation, conferences, meetings; including for customer events - marketing-driven and sponsorship activities - management of Health Care Professionals (HCP) approvals with Business Managers - responding to account queries, business expenses, managing the invoicing processincluding vendor set up - logistic support in organising state meetings and conferences - assist with management of inventory and sales data management - administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) - attend company sales meetings and customer events as required - ad hoc requests as directed What sets you apart? - 1-2 years prior experience in administration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders - Strong organisational skills with ability to plan, perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and consistency of high-quality output - Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing situations quickly; resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate environment that is results-driven - A naturally welcoming, proactive and optimistic disposition, strong team player Due to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination before the commencement date and maintain a fully vaccinated status for the period of employment.
