Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager this role will see you provide forensic building inspection services and remedial solutions for commercial properties. What are my accountabilities? Conducting site investigations into defect cause Compiling forensic building reports and scopes of work Coordination of professional services Management of tendering processes Compliance to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes Compliance with Privacy Act and company processes Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site Providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job Adhering to service standard compliances About you: Engineering Qualification/Experience highly regarded Cert III Carpentry Cert IV Building & Construction Licensed Builder Low Rise/Domestic Builder Unlimited 10 years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of process requirements of administrative hearings and litigation Knowledge of data management systems and processes Sound knowledge of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products.
