THE OPPORTUNITY Holmesglen’s Human Resources Department is currently seeking a Return to Work Administrator to join the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) team.The successful applicant will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the OH&S team, ensuring the efficient handling of OH&S and return to work related tasks.This opening is perfect for an up-and-coming OH&S specialist or an experienced administrator with an interest in OH&S and return to work processes, eager to gain practical experience.We are committed to providing training and support to the selected candidate.In this role you will:As one of the first points of contact, provide professional, administrative and quality customer services to both internal and external clients and stakeholders.Assist with WorkCover and return to work coordination and prepare and maintain material to promote OHS activities.Coordinate and maintain accurate records and documentation related to OHS and return to work activities.Assist with the administration associated with WorkCover and OHS such as following up payments and certificates.Update details of employees who are current Wardens, First Aiders etc, sending reminders for refresher programs.This is a great opportunity for someone who is a great communicator, keen to expand on their administration experience and interested in helping the OHS team deliver a safe working environment for its students and staff.Salary: $63,546 to $68,996 per annum (pro-rata) 11% superannuation annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).Time Fraction: Full Time.Location: Chadstone campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.Employment Type: Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.ABOUT YOU We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged professional with relevant administrative experience and an interest in OHS. You are also passionate about supporting excellence in customer service to all stakeholders and are confident across a broad range of computer programs and databases.Strong administration experience working within a fast paced environment.Exceptional time management and organisation skills, as well as a team player attitude.Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines accurately, with attention to detail and minimum supervision.Fast and confident learner with strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.Recent work experience within workers compensation claims desirable.Interested in OHS or studying Cert IV OHS or a HR qualification.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
