The role We are currently seeking a Lease Administration Manager to join our Logistics Asset Management team. You will play an integral role in the timely and accurate management of rent roll, lease contracts, tenant information and charges. This varied role includes managing critical dates for lease and licence expiries, renewals and market rent reviews, as well as providing data entry support for asset forecasting. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. What you will be doing Expertly responding to all accounts payable enquiries and following up debtors. Raising purchase orders for operations, management and capital expenditure. Maintaining SAP RE-FX lease registers with precision and care. Diligently managing the administration for lease contracts, as well as co-ordinating and administering the Lease Administration process in accordance with GPT policy and procedures. Accurately undertaking filing and archiving, handling notices, updating SharePoint and issuing correspondence. What makes you stand out You will have several years' experience as a Lease Administrator coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and be able to interact with stakeholders across the business. A solid understanding of basic accounting principals will be highly advantageous.
