An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer in an NFP organisation. Part-time, 5 days per week. Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the Toowoomba community for over 30 years. Their mission is to provide essential support services to those in need. They are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join their team and contribute to their mission. Minimum Requirements: Blue card and NDIS worker screening (or the ability to obtain) Cert 4 in mental health (an NDIS requirement for support coordination) Driver's license and a reliable vehicle Smartphone The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and experience: Proficiency in MS Office, including knowledge of QuickBooks and NDIS reporting Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of presentation and attention to detail Strong multitasking abilities in a busy office environment Bookkeeping skills As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: General office duties to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation Preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintenance of the filing system Development and maintenance of spreadsheets Professional and personable telephone communication with clients and stakeholders Proficient computer skills to manage various administrative tasks Demonstrated initiative, time management, and flexibility in a dynamic work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including NDIS report writing experience Why join our client's team: Be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
