The Role Our fast paced Sydney office is in search of a Business Support person to support our Structural Section in a full time capacity. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality and who is keen to learn, grow and be a supportive member of our team. You will be responsible for providing project support and supporting the local office culture. You will work with other Business Support staff across other divisions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management. You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Principal of the Specialist Services Section. Day to day responsibilities include Proactive project lifecycle support: Assistance with fee proposals, project close outs, maintaining admin inbox, minute taking. Supporting local office culture: Internal event coordination – staff events, client meetings, managing logistics and catering. Supporting onboarding and offboarding process. PA Support: Supporting the Structural Section Manager from time to time with inbox and calendar management, travel bookings, collecting project progress reports from other section leads as required. Supporting business development with marketing strategies, collation and creation of local content including technical and project write ups The Candidate You will have access to many opportunities within Northrop and with our support we will help you to develop your career and make it happen.
