About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator who will be a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Teams. Reporting directly to the State Manager in Perth and Adelaide, the role will support our sales and branch operations functions in the day-to-day coordination and administration of activities as well as the management of office events. This role can be based in either Adelaide or Perth Requirements To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following: Proactively supporting the local sales team through reporting and sales administration. Maintain the SAP sales territory CRM data. Identify, develop and support projects to streamline sales processes to enable the Sales team to be self-sufficient. Assisting with the execution of sales & marketing events. Work closely with the Sales Support Co-ordinators nationally. Processing purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for vendors Support both the SA and WA State Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office and Branch. Mail distribution, and stationery ordering as required. Additional ad-hoc branch support as required. Essential requirements for this role: Demonstrated experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail Experience with SAP would be highly desirable As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
